Repair

There are probably a million reasons for why furniture needs repair. Extended use over time, accidents, and the natural characteristics of the wood combine to cause structural weakness, and/or cosmetic damage.

Glue joints loosen, parts go missing, wood splits develop, working parts get broken -- at some point in time, maintenance is required.

Skilled furniture repairers have to be extremely talented individuals because they need to have the talents and adeptness of the craftsmen that created the piece originally. This is especially true when parts (both wood and metal) need replacing; but exactness and attention to detail is also required when pieces are simply reglued.

In repair, the importance of 45 years in business cannot be overstated -- the combined experiences of many craftsmen form a wealth of knowledge of what is required to do the work correctly so that your furniture can be used for many more years.
